( I always write the # on my ticket which clearly wasn't even needed for the driver this trip since they didn't pick me up anyway) She yelled to me that I had to wait by my car, otherwise, how would the driver know where I was parked.

I would park my car and walk to the front where there was a waiting area, sitting bench. The lady was extremely rude when I dropped off my car. It took double the time as what navigation said was the drive time and I called when I was at the curb already and the live tracker wasn't working. Last time I used them, I called for pick up. I ended up calling a Lyft to take me to fly n save.ДЇirst, the company has terrible customer service and I told myself last time that I wouldn't use them again, now I for sure won't. I tried checking the live tracking of the shuttle and it said the shuttle was not running. It's well lit, and monitored by cameras by staff, as long as they aren't playing on their phone.Once I landed last night, I called 3 times with no response. I would give this review only one star, but the shuttle service is really, really fast. The attendant let me through, still being quite rude (Perhaps I was taking too much time from him to play on his phone in the office.)

The only pass I have with me is the ticket I recieved directly through their website. He continues to tell me that I was doing it wrong and needed to show him a valid parking pass. He asked me for my plane tickets to verify that we were using the airport parking. Apparently it wasn't enough information to verify I prepaid for my stay. ? The arrival time and departure time is stated directly on the ticket. I gave him the ticket, and he told me that he needed to know the duration of my stay and what time I entered the lot. I told him that I was having trouble getting in, and I couldn't get an employee from the office to come out and help me. When he went to help us, he was very rude as I was trying to explain the problem. At last, the office guy comes out and helps the two cars in the right lane next to me. There are other vehicles also having trouble with the gates. When we arrive back to the parking lot, I attempt to exit through the gates using the ticket. Very quick service to and from the airport. The shuttle driver was very helpful, offered to load our bags and wheel chair onto the bus. The guy in the office just watches the camera and plays games on his phone.' I appreciate the honesty. He told me 'You could leave the ticket in the windshield. I asked the shuttle driver if I had to bring my ticket into the office to have it scanned. The shuttle bus driver arrived shortly after I arrived at the front gate, and he stopped to help me and another couple who were right behind me, having the same problem with their ticket not scanning. The doors are shut and locked, so I could not get anyone to help me. I leave my car and walk to the parking office.

There are no employees at the entrance and exit gates. When I arrived at the lot, my prepaid ticket would not be accepted at the reader. I received an email promptly after payment with a confirmation and a barcode ticket to print and scan at the entrance. I made my reservation online directly through their website and prepaid for the space. I parked here from Novemthrough November 6, 2020.
